Dr. Wittmer received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis, MO, in 1980 and has been in practice since. He has also been a faculty member at Logan University since 1984, educating thousands of physicians around the country and serving as Chief of Staff from 2010 to 2015. Dr. Wittmer is a certified USA Weightlifting coach and served as a valued member of the USA Weightlifting Board of Directors. Since starting his practice, Dr. Wittmer has helped thousands of patients and has remained committed to providing their best possible care. Dr. Wittmer has led and assisted with continuing education seminars for Doctors of Chiropractic, athletic trainers, and personal trainers. Dr. Wittmer and his beautiful wife Cindy reside in Wentzville, MO.

Jeff is a former Olympic Weightlifter who began at the age of 10 in his home basement gym. After a few months of training, Jeff decided to enter his first meet and from there he experienced continued success by winning his first 50 competitions and accepting an invitation to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO, to compete for the United States. Jeff is a multiple-time National Champion, Pan American Medalist, and Olympic trial participant. Jeff earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO, has taught weightlifting classes at numerous Crossfit gyms, and serves as an instructor/demonstrator for Olympic Weightlifting seminars across the country. Jeff and his wife Courtney reside in Wentzville, MO, with their two children.

Jeff Wittmer

Jason is a managing partner at Wittmer Rejuvenation Clinic. He runs the business side: marketing, operations, technology, and the systems behind the patient experience. He came to WRC as a patient before he came in as a partner. That’s the perspective he brings to every decision. What does this actually feel like on the other side of the screen. What he told the team years ago is still the job: “Your culture is amazing for patient care. My goal is to make sure you can deliver that care at scale.” That means the internal processes between team members. It means how every person here interacts with a patient. And it means taking the manual work out of everything that has to happen for great care but doesn’t have to be done by hand. He started his first company in 1998 and has spent the years since building and operating businesses in software, retail, and health. Jason’s role is making sure the thing patients keep writing in reviews… “they actually listened”… stays true as the clinic grows across all 50 states and past 900 reviews.

Meet Our Medical Team

Chassity began her health care career in 2000 as a Licensed Practical Nurse working in Labor and Delivery. While caring for her children and supporting her husband as an active-duty armed forces soldier, she continued to advance her education and became a Registered Nurse in 2007. She held positions as a registered nurse in labor and delivery, neonatal intensive care, and pediatric intensive care. Family centered care and family dynamics shaped her early nursing career and was a guiding force as she pursued higher education. Chassity earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina followed by a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, MA. She has been practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in family medicine since 2020 with a special emphasis on family care, preventative health, and women’s and men’s health improvements. She is trained in facial aesthetics and is accredited by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to perform neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, micro-needling, and hair restoration treatments for both men and women. Preventative health and helping patients achieve an optimal level of health and wellness is her passion. Chassity owns and operates a Family Practice as well as a Facial Aesthetics Practice located in Florida.

Dr. Lawrence Miller received his Bachelor’s Degree from Northwest University; Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota; and Medical Degree at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago. Dr. Miller is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services. As a Major, Medical Corp, in the United States Air Force Reserves, Dr. Miller was deployed as a Flight Surgeon during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, and was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal. Dr. Miller is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the National Association of EMS Physicians; a life member of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States; a Veteran of Foreign Wars; and the American Legion. Dr. Miller enjoys spending his free time with his wife Ann and their two daughters who compete nationally in synchronized skating.

Synthia was born and raised in Gainesville, GA. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) in 2015 and her Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) in 2020, both from Brenau University in Gainesville, and began her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2020. With experience in orthopedics, emergency medicine, pain management, and hormone optimization, Synthia has witnessed first- hand the life-changing impacts of preventive care and hormone optimization. She prides herself on connecting with her patients and providing top tier patient care. Synthia is a proud wife and very involved mother of two children who are the center of her world. Outside of her professional life, she can often be found at a ball field supporting her kids in their many events and activities. She also enjoys traveling, attending Atlanta Braves baseball and Georgia football games, and relaxing on her porch with a good book.

MaryJo is an Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensed in multiple states. She is also certified as an Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and in Advanced Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. MaryJo went into nursing while living near Roanoke, VA. She acquired her RN from Virginia Western Community College; BSN and MSN in Nursing Education from Jefferson College of Health Sciences; and Post Graduate AGPCNP-C from South University. MaryJo's nursing career has included Hospital Management, Home Health, Hospice, and Pain Management, and she has other career experience in hairdressing, trucking, and construction. MaryJo is based out of Florida, but she can see patients all over the country. Our telehealth platform works well for her, as she is also a widow and caregiver to an adult handicapped son. When opportunities arise, MaryJo enjoys traveling to visit her other children and cruising. She has witnessed and personally experienced what hormone optimization can do to improve mood, libido, well-being, body composition, and energy, improving overall quality of life. Dr. Amisha Chhipwadia is a Board Certified Family Physician. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA, and completed her residency at PinnacleHealth Hospitals System in Harrisburg, PA in 2000. Dr. Chhipwadia has over 20 years of healthcare experience spanning diverse settings, including private practice, community clinics, hospital environments, home-based geriatric and palliative care, urgent care and occupational medicine. As a pioneer in the telemedicine space, Dr. Chhipwadia has disrupted traditional healthcare models by championing virtual solutions that have increased patients’ access to medical care in every corner of the country. She is dedicated to providing the highest standards of care, with a focus on patient wellness and superior outcomes through a holistic approach. Dr. Chhipwadia is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys living a healthy lifestyle. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, practicing yoga and mindfulness, spending time with loved ones, and supporting family. She appreciates the honor and privilege of helping patients live their best lives.

Born and raised in Idaho, Dr. Pamela Mills is a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist. She completed her undergraduate degree at Whitman College, followed by her masters of public health and medical degrees from the University of Minnesota. After completing her OB/GYN residency, Dr. Mills returned home and practiced full-time in Southern Idaho for several years before transitioning to part-time as a travel OB/GYN across the Northwest. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and supporting them through all stages of life – from preventative care and pregnancy to menopause. Outside of work, she loves hiking, kayaking, cooking, knitting, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Mills is known for her compassionate approach to patient-centric care, and has enjoyed expanding her telehealth practice to support overall wellness through hormone optimization.

Dr. James Schmitt earned his medical degree from George Washington University and completed his emergency residency at the University of California, San Diego. He currently practices as an emergency medicine physician at a Level 1 trauma center in Springfield, Missouri, and has over 25 years of experience specializing in critical care and trauma. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Dr. Schmitt served as an emergency physician during deployments to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, where he was awarded the Bronze Star for his service. Dr. Schmitt enjoys an active lifestyle, and his work with WRC allows him to channel his passion for men’s health and fitness by helping men feel stronger, healthier, and more confident at every stage of life.

Alyssa Hodge is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Georgia State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southwestern State University, graduating magna cum laude from both programs. With over a decade of nursing experience, Alyssa brings deep clinical expertise and a warm, individualized approach to virtual care. Known for her attentive listening, clear communication, and strong patient relationships, Alyssa has helped hundreds of patients restore hormonal balance, manage weight effectively, and improve overall vitality through personalized treatment plans. She has extensive experience in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), thyroid optimization, and peptide therapy, along with evidence-based strategies for sustainable weight loss. As a female hormone specialist, Alyssa’s goal is to help every patient feel seen, heard, and empowered on their wellness journey. When she’s not working, Alyssa enjoys kickboxing, hiking, gardening, and RV camping. Originally from Texas, she now lives in South Carolina with her husband and their beloved pets.

Emily earned her bachelor's Degree from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. She has worked in the healthcare and hospitality field since 2009 and has significant experience working closely with patients and physicians. Emily's goal is that every patient, at every visit, feels comfortable and confident that their health will be our top priority and she works endlessly toward that goal. Emily and her husband Ben have been married since 2011, and are the very proud parents of four boys.

Erika has been married to her husband Jason since 2014. In her free time, Erika loves spending time outdoors, watching her husband and son race at the dirt track, spending time with her family, and watching their kids play sports.

Tara graduated from California State University, East Bay with a degree in Psychology. Prior to joining WRC, she spent seven years working at a nonprofit where she developed a deep passion for helping people feel their best mentally and physically. Tara is excited to bring that same energy and care to our patients every day. In her free time, Tara enjoys playing with her dog, spending time outdoors near the ocean or in the forest, diving into a good book, or relaxing with a great movie or TV show.

Emily earned her MIBOA Certificate from Ross Education Medical Center and brings over a decade of experience in specialty clinics, with a strong focus on scheduling and patient education. Her true passion lies in supporting patients with mental health challenges through an empathetic, whole-body approach to care. While serving as a Team Lead at WMU School of Medicine, she received extensive training in behavioral and mental health support. Originally from Michigan, Emily has spent most of her life in the Metro Detroit area, with several years in Kalamazoo. She and her husband, Chance, are raising their daughter, Chloe, and enjoy spending time outdoors with their dog, Lola. Being an older sister to a sibling with special needs continues to shape Emily’s compassionate approach to patient care.

Ariana graduated top of her class from her Certified Surgical Technician program in Arizona, earning both her CST and NBSTSA certifications. She brings a deeply personal perspective to WRC. In 2019, while still in her early 20s, Ariana discovered she was in menopause and began compound HRT, a journey that transformed her health and ignited her passion for helping others navigate hormonal imbalances through compassionate, tailored care. Originally from upstate New York, Ariana now calls Phoenix home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, bowling, and discovering new coffee spots and restaurants.
