Everything You Need To Know About Sermorelin

What is Sermorelin?

Sermorelin is a peptide analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) which is used as a diagnostic agent to assess growth hormone (GH) secretion for the purpose of diagnosing growth hormone deficiency. It is a 29-amino acid polypeptide representing the 1–29 fragment from endogenous human GHRH, thought to be the shortest fully functional fragment of GHRH.[1][2]

What Does Sermorelin Help With?

Sermorelin therapy benefits include: Increase in muscle mass development after exercise, faster recovery from strenuous exercise, increased energy and endurance, better strength, and joint and muscle pain relief for patients with arthritis and chronic pain.
• Increase in lean body mass
• Promotes lipolysis
• Increased energy
• Increased strength
• Accelerated wound healing
• Improved cardiovascular and immune function
• Improves sleep quality
• Improved bone density
• Improved skin quality and higher collagen density
• Increased IGF-1

How long should I take it for, and at what dose?

It is recommended to take sermorelin for 4-5 months, for the first month you will inject nightly on an empty stomach. In the following months you will inject every other evening. It is recommended that the medication be injected subcutaneously. At a dose of 25IU (.5mg) 2 vials will last for 3 months.

Hexarelin is a synthetic peptide belonging to the category of growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRPs). It stimulates the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland, which can have various effects on the body, including increasing muscle mass, reducing fat mass, and improving recovery from injuries.  Learn more…

IGF-1 LR3 is a polypeptide long-chain amino acid peptide hormone. Insulin-like Growth Factor (IGF-1 Long-Arginine 3), an 83 amino acid analog of IGF-1, is a highly anabolic hormone released primarily in the liver with the stimulus of growth hormone (HGH). IGF-1 LR3 plays an important role in cell proliferation, cell-to-cell communication and cell division.IGF-1 LR3 is a derivative of IGF-1. Due to its structural adjustment, IGF-1 LR3 has a much longer half-life and results may persist in the bloodstream for up to 120 times longer. Learn more…

Tirzepatide is a once-weekly GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) receptor and GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonist. Tirzepatide is a single novel molecule that activates the body’s receptors for GIP and GLP-1, which are natural incretin hormones. GIP is a hormone that may complement the effects of GLP-1 receptor agonism. GIP has been shown to decrease food intake while blunting the metabolic adaptive responses that usually occur with calorie restriction resulting in weight reductions, and when combined with GLP-1 receptor agonism, may result in greater effects on markers of metabolic dysregulation such as body weight, glucose and lipids. Learn more…

Retatrutide is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) agonist, similar to semaglutide. But, while it works similarly to those drugs, it also acts on two additional hormones: glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) similar to tirzepatide, which helps manage blood sugar, but where it stands apart from semaglutide and tirzepatide is that it acts as an additional hormone, glucagon, which can help suppress appetite and make your metabolism run more efficiently.
